Physiotherapist and our Profession. However the IAPhas submitted our earlier request to constitute
Independent Physiotherapy Central Council under Health Ministry, Govt of India along with
proposed changes. We are sure that our demands will be considered after out Parliament Elections
2019.
InternationalAffairs:
Dr.Ali Irani said that we are glad to inform that we will be attending the WCPT meeting at Geneva
and we were invited to put forth our situations and legal status. We have given them all replies and
myself with Dr.Sanjiv K Jha Executive President, IAPwill be officially attending the forth coming
WCPTmeeting at Geneva. The outcome will be circulated soon.We are hopeful that IAPwill get its
status atWCPT soon.
Branch Coordination
ABOUT IAPSTATEBRANCHES :-
Dr. Mehul Jadav :From July 18th 2018, We started the implementing decentralisation of IAP CEC
Policy,and till March 31st 2018 we formed till now 25 state IAP Branches and 2IAP union
Territory Branches, in total 27 IAPstate branches .
The remaining states are Odisha ,Tripura & Telegana. In the above Tripura and Odisha state
branches team formation are on final stages.
Before 31st March we will be completing these remaining state branches final approval. So as
discussed we can issue the provisional IAP state branches approval.
ABOUT IAPDISTRICT BRANCHES :-
From 1st January 2019 onwards we started scrutinising the old applications forms for IAP district
branches and started issuing approval certificates to district branches who completed all the
documents and having IAP memberships. Till now we issued 50 district branches provisional
approval certificate.
Dr. Satish Sir has send Name,Address and Phone numbers of 32 IAPdistrict branch convenors list
of Tamilnadu state and 5 IAPdistrict branches of kerala state.
Overall district state wise :-
1.)Andhra Pradesh = 2 districts. 2.) Haryana = 11 districts. 3.) Jharkhand = 4 district. 4.)
Karnataka =1 district. 5.) Kerala= 7 districts. 6.) Rajasthan =1 district. 7.) Tamil nadu = 32 districts.
8.) Uttar pradesh = 16 districts.
9.)West bengal = 6 districts 10.)Jammu&kashmir=6 districts,
TOTAL DISTRICTS =
86 IAP new district branches. Old IAP exsisting branches list not
included.

Dr.Misra The IAP property will be taken up by IAP soon we will find better place for IAP central
