Not To Use IAP PAN

Subject: Unauthorized Use of PAN Number of The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP)

It has come to our attention that there have been instances of unauthorized use of the PAN number of The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) in the past . This is a serious violation and is strictly prohibited under applicable laws.

We hereby notify all members and the general public that the use of IAP's PAN number without prior authorization from Central IAP is unlawful and constitutes misconduct. Any such actions will attract legal consequences, including but not limited to filing of criminal and civil proceedings against the offenders.

Call for Immediate Action

We urge all individuals and entities

1. To cease any unauthorized use of the IAP PAN number immediately.
2. To refrain from any such practices in the future.
3. And to do a self Disclosure of the same failing which the sole liabilities will be on the person or Organisation Who has misused it.

The Indian Association of Physiotherapists is committed to protecting its legal and financial interests. We reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action against those found in violation of this notice.
