IAP Delegation Meets Various Minister In Goa.

The Indian Association of Physiotherapists(IAP) intensified its efforts to establish Independent Physiotherapy Council in Goa. On 9th and 10th of June, 2014 the delegation met His Excellency Governor of Goa Shri. Bharat Vir Wanchoo ji, Goa Tourism Minister Shri.Dilip Parulekar ji, Fatorda MLA Shri.Vijai Sardesai ji and Nuvem MLA Shri.Micky Pachecoji . The delegation comprised of Dr.Umasankar Mohanty, President, IAP, Dr.Ketan Bhatikar, General Secretary,IAP and Dr. Selvan Thevar, Convenor, Goa Branch IAP. They all assured us to do their best to facilitate Independent Goa Physiotherapy Council. We extend our special thanks to Shri . Previously in Goa there were no Physiotherapy College. I am Happy to state that due to our efforts with Health Minister of Goa Shri. Laxmikant Parsekar during 51st Annual Conference of IAP on 22nd Feb,2013, Physiotherapy course has commenced in Goa Medical College(GMC),Goa.We also visited the GMC campus to look .
