The Indian Association of Physiotherapists condoles death of Delhi Gangrape victim.

"We are deeply saddened and distressed by the news of the braveheart Physiotherapy intern succumbing to the brutal Delhi gangrape. The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) extends its deepest condolences to her family and wish her family to have strength to bear this grievous loss.We vow to continue our agitation in our capacity until the attackers are punished. This unfortunate incident has indeed exposed the complete incompetence by our law- enforcement authorities.
Do kindly conduct peace prayers at your colleges, clinics, cities and in your individual capacity for the departed physiotherapy intern who left all of us creating a void, may her soul rest in peace.

Till the time the culprits are punished by the law-enforcement authorities we appeal all the Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Interns and physiotherapy students to tie black ribbon in the left arm as a mark of our protest at the work place.
