Important announcements towards IAP Elections 2020-2023

1) Last date for receiving ballot papers is 31st Dec 2019.Kindly cast your vote and post your ballot at the earliest to avoid any delay.

2) To ensure secrecy and transparency in IAP Elections, third party is engaged to take care of the counting process under the supervision of Election Committee.

3) Only one person, either contesting candidate himself/herself or any one of his/her authorised representative is entitled to remain present at the time of counting of votes on 12th Jan 2020 on his or her own expense.
Candidate must carry photo identification proof along with the copy of IAP membership number.
Authorised representative must also carry authority letter duly signed by the candidate on the day of counting.

4)The contesting candidate must inform Election Office by 31st Dec 2019 through email, about who will be attending.

5) Venue and Timings will be intimated to the candidate on receipt of their mail on
